Every time you exit Tournament mode and go back in, the clock will increase by one hour. To select a desired level in Tournament mode, save the game one hour before the start of a tournament. ·  Easy wins in World Tournaments with Uub

Play as Uub in the Cell Games Tournament. Uub cannot teleport. To counter this, use a Turtle Shell so your opponent will have to use six Ki bars to teleport, making it just about impossible. Even if they teleport, their Ki will be so low that you can hit them easily. His Ki-cannon shoots so quickly that most of the time you can hit anybody in mid range without having to set it up with a combo. Fierce Flurry is also a very powerful death move. Once you launch it, keep pressing Circle repeatedly to add on to the combo. Eventually you will have so many hits from the combo that it makes up for the two bars you had to use. This is what your skill setup should be:

Since Uub starts with a base Kii level of 5, this makes it a lot easier. The Ki Cannon and Fierce Flurry together are powerful because they come out so quickly. For this to work well, you must equip Turtle Shell or else your opponents will keep teleporting.

·  Defeating Baby in Dragon History

When you start, you will be in the normal stage. Keep your distance. When he gets close, do a normal combo ending with a bashing attack. This should send him flying. If not, keep going until it does. • Rescue Kabal and get his Hookswords

  In the Wastelands, there are two doors that are covered with human bodies. One leads to the Elemental Warriors, the other is an area where Shokan warriors are throwing boulders at you. Go though the second door. Simply avoid the boulders and climb the ladders until you reach the top. There you will find Kabal inside a cage. Once he is freed, he will leave his hookswords as a sign of gratitude.

• Survival Mode

  To access Survival Mode, you must be at the Foundry Stage. While holding the forged axe, walk back to the main chamber where you first found the save point. Walk down the corridor to the back and break away the wall on the left-hand side. Jump into the pool of lava in this room, then go back to the main chamber. Walk the path to the right of the save point and destroy the right-hand barrel at the end of the corridor. From here, go back to the main chamber, walk up the stairs to your left and move towards the barrels you see in the area. Be careful to only break the one on the right-hand side. Go back, but instead of going down the stairs again, keep hard to the right. There's a niche with two more barrels. Break the one on the right. Go back to the left and down the hall with the spike crushers falling overhead. When you past them, break the barrel closest to the right-hand wall. Return to the niche to break its last barrel, then back to break the remaining barrel just over the stairs. Survival Mode is the Boss Rush Mode of Shaolin Monks.

  In the soul tomb portal, got to the area where you have to wall climb. You will see 2 paths. One leads left, the other right. The right path has a statue. Use fist of ruin and break it. Keep going and use the long jump ability across the gap and you will get him.

  Living Forest. Go to the section after the Brotherhood Of Shadow. Long Jump across the gap with the tiny waterfall. Go through the door. Now, get the Clay Statues to come to life. Destroy their shield. You only need 1 of them. Now, get one of them over near the Giant Stone Cloumn on the other side of the stream. It's the stone column right near where you entered. Throw the Clay Statue into it! It should come crashing down. Now, return to where the little waterfall was. There is no longer a waterfall. Just a Koin that contains Reptile.

• Easy 1000 Exp Points!

  First obtain the combo ranking of "Toasty". Then immediately press the start button. The words "Toasty 1000" should appear in the middle of the screen and you will be awarded 1000 exp points. The best thing about this trick is, it works every time.

• Fight Ermac, Kano, and Mileena!

  To fight Ermac, you need the Fist of Ruin and Swing Ability. Go to Wu Shi Academy and go to the first area of it. Once you're there, look for the big red bridge. Before this, there is a split path. Take the one going over a chasm of spikes. On the other side is an evil Priest statue. Break it and head into the new area. Once you're there, jump onto the area to the left. Use swing to get to higher ground, then interact with the statue. The doors on the other side of the bridge in this area will open, and you will see the Warrior Shrine.
  Go to the Warrior Shrine, and examine the statue on the left three times to fight...Ermac!
  Near the end of the game, right before you fight the final three bosses, talk to Kitana three or four times. Destroy the guards that come into the room, then go through the new door to find...Kano!
  In the first area of the Living Forest, use the swing ability on the two big branches that can be found above you as you head for the save structure. Swing over to higher ground, then climb up the ladder. You will be in a new area. Head to the other end of this treetop area to fight...Mileena!

  Locate and clear all mini-missions issued by Smoke.
  #1. Break Walls in the Soul Tombs to reveal a secret fatality. This is is an area with spikes on the ceiling and about 6 Tarkata in the room. You can see out on the far side of the room and you need to break the four center sections of the wall.
  #2. Destroy a statue in Wu'Shui academy and enter the Warrior Shrine. The Warrior Shrine is at the VERY start of the Wu'Shui area.
  #3. Offer 3 Sacrifices in the Sacrifice Room in Soul Tombs. You need to go through the room that doesn't have a green or red symbol above it and then do air throws to get the Tarkatas into the spiked areas.
  #4. To unlock the Portal, find all Purple Portals and throw an enemy into each one. There are only 2 portals to throw mobs into. One is near the Evil Monastery and one is at the lower level near the climbing spot.
  #5. To unlock the Pit II, enter the Portal and survive in the frozen peaks. After you enter the portal you just need to keep killing the guys that show up until it says you've won. We found that tossing them off the side seemed to prove quite useful and then just killing one when you need to recharge your life a bit.

  When a player uses a save shrine in the game, he regains a portion of his lifebar whether you actually save or not. Repeatedly press BLACK or R2 to kneel before a save shrine until you are satisified with your lifebar.

  You need the climb and swing ability to do this, go to the living forest. in the first area, near the save poin, there are two branches near the temple like thing. Grab the first one and jump to the second and jump towards the temple. You will then grab a tree coming out of it and climb up. You will then be in a new area thats just a jaged path with putrid corpses and masked guards. at the end youll come to an area with a purple portal. You'll fight Millena and two masked guards.

Battle Lou in Expert mode with Easy mode notes

When the battle with Lou starts at the end of the game on Expert mode, strum without holding any frets until you lose. At the "Game Over" screen, select "Tutorial". Pick the tutorial for Guitar Battle, and play through it until the "Lesson Complete" message appears. As soon as the next fret board appears, pause the game, and exit to return to the lesson menu. Then, press Red to return to the list of songs. The battle with Lou will be highlighted. Choose the song, and Lou's notechart will now be set to Easy mode. Note: Your notechart will still be in Expert mode, but his will be in Easy mode.

Easier songs

Before the beginning of the song (before the chords appear), move the Strum Bar Up and Down until the meter stops going down. Note: When the meter stops it will be in the red, and when the meter starts again it will be somewhere in the middle of the song.

Easier "Through The Fire And Flames" song

Before you use Star Power when playing the song, pause the game. Hold Select, and resume the game. By doing this, you will not miss as many notes if you are going for a "Five Star" rank.

Before you start playing during the introduction, wrap a rubber band around Green. By doing this, you will not have to worry about holding Green, as it does it for you. Make sure you press the other buttons quickly so that Green can register. If you hold the buttons as you do the hammer-ons, Green will not register, and you will fail.

Hammering on and pulling off

Hammering on and pulling off happens when you can strum on one note and successfully hit the notes that come after it without using the strum bar. Look for the single notes with white rings on top instead of black rings. As long as you hit the previous note, you can hit the next note by pressing the correct fret button. This is especially useful on songs like Cult Of Personality on the Hard difficulty.

Predator reference

There is a reference to the movie Predator in the song "Helicopter". After playing the song, go to the "More Stats" screen, or to Practice mode, and get to the screen where you choose what section to play. One of the sections in the song is called "Get Back To The Choppa!!!", which seems to be a reference to Arnold Schwarzenneger's line in Predator, when they are all running away from the Predator.
